2. Restore to factory settings.
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings.

3. Package the device carefully
Don’t worry about the delivery address at this stage. We will email you the details once you submit this form.

Note with your Name included with the iPhone? Before you package the phone, please include a note with your name so we know who the phone belongs to.

iPhone is securely packaged with lots of padding? Place the phone in the original box or alternative box. Before placing the phone inside the box, please make sure it is wrapped in soft material like bubble wrap or cloth. Tape the box securely with packing tape. If sending in the original box ,wrap it in paper so it is not obvious the phone is inside the box.
