Refund and Returns Policy



Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be returned to our Wellington store.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we are able to repair the item or we will issue a refund.

If we need to issue a Refund, we will email you to confirm the refund was approved and will ask for your New Zealand bank account number. The credit equal to the price of the item will be applied to your New Zealand bank account number, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Device Repair Guy, 148 Lambton Quay, Wellington 6011, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

We will cover the shipping costs of replacing the faulty items.

We will not cover shipping costs for returning items that were found not to be faulty. If you return items to us that are not faulty, we will ship them back to you only after you pay the appropriate shipping fee. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
