HP Envy x360 with expanding battery, the problem common in both pones and laptops, any brands.
We received HP Envy X360 with expanded battery and warped case caused by battery swelling.
As a result of the swollen battery, the keyboard stopped functioning as well. Luckily, the case did not permanently deform but the keyboard needed to be replaced to restore the functionality.
The repair took two hours in total. The Keyboards on HP as on most other brands are riveted with plastic rivets so replacing the keyboard involves lots of labour.
All in all, successful and economic repair.
